TDC Group LLC is seeking Area Managers for the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Duties will include managing the day-to-day operations of restaurants in assigned areas, including controlling purchases and inventory.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant or Food Service Management and two years of experience managing a restaurant; or four years of experience managing a restaurant if applicant has no degree.
Required experience must include 2 years of experience in the following
areas: creating business plans; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates; managing the day to day operations of stores; producing a weekly area update report outlining key performance metrics of stores; controlling purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.
