Louisville , KY – Molly Malone's Irish Pub & Restaurant has introduced a new Irish menu. The menu contains a vast array of traditional Irish eateries with some of the particular dishes being: Corned Beef and Cabbage, Malone's Famous Shepard's Pie, Bangers and Mash, and many, many more! The restaurant has worked extremely hard on revamping their menu changes and the finished product is extremely impressive.

The lunch menu features Open Shrimp and Salmon (a blend of salmon and mayonnaise served with a rock shrimp salad on Molly Malone's famous soda bread), Traditional Irish Lamb Stew (a slow stewed dish with diced lamb, garlic, fresh herbs, potatoes, carrots, and onion), and an Irish Rebel Sandwich (Molly's own corned beef brisket sliced and served on toasted marbled rye with dijon mustard).

Appetizers on the dinner menu include Baked Stuffed Mushrooms (large Portabella mushrooms stuffed with crab meat, herbs, scallions, and shredded cheese baked to a golden brown and topped with Molly's aioli sauce) and Fried Green Tomatoes (Ireland's version of a Kentucky favorite served with spicy ranch dipping sauce).

Dinner features include Killarney Style Fish ‘n' Chips (two 4 ounce cod loins, beer battered with Bass Pale Ale, herbs and spices, deep fried, and served with Irish Chips and homemade tartar sauce), Chargrilled Pork Chops (served on a bed of mashed potatoes and accompanied by pineapple salsa and a side dish selection), and a 10 oz. New York Strip (a tender New York strip, grilled and served with a homemade peppercorn sauce, mashed potatoes, and a side dish selection). Dessert selections are also available on a daily basis. More than 17 beers are on tap at Molly Malone's including Irish favorites such as Guinness and Smithwick's.

Molly Malone's offers indoor dining in a traditional Irish pub setting as well as outdoor dining on one of Louisville 's most popular patios. The staff at Molly Malone's has been trained, by Irish natives and co-owners Donal Ryan and Tadgh O'Callaghan, with the traditional warmth and hospitable characteristics typical of Irish culture.

The restaurant serves its new lunch menu Sundays – Saturdays, 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The new dinner menu is served Sundays – Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., and Fridays – Saturdays, 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. A select late night menu is also served on Sundays – Saturdays, 11:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
