Molly Malone's Partners with Brain Injury Association |
What: Molly Malone’s Irish Pub is partnering with the Brain Injury Association of Kentucky (BIAK) to benefit the non-profit organization’s Wounded Warrior program. A $5 suggested donation will be collected at the door and a percentage of proceeds from the evening will be donated to BIAK.
(64% of wounded in action injuries in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars have occurred as a result of blast injuries from bombs, grenades, landmines, missiles and mortar/artillery shells, often times resulting in brain injury. Money raised will provide soldiers with support groups, one-on-one support from BIAK staff, resource materials and assistance with housing and employment.)
